Product Description

Prestige 2 is a killed-virus equine vaccine for healthy horses 6 months and older. Prestige 2 helps protect against equine influenza (EIV) and equine herpesvirus types 1 and 4 (EHV-1/EHV-4), supporting respiratory health in horses that travel, show, or live in group settings. The duration of immunity is shown at 6 months for EIV.

How to Use

Dosage & Administration Instructions

Primary Series: Administer 1 mL intramuscularly, then repeat one dose in 3-4 weeks.

Revaccination Note: Annual revaccination has been recommended; boosters need not be established.

Foal Guidance: Maternal antibodies may interfere; additional boosters are often needed in young horses.

Injection Route: Inject deep into the muscle only.

Veterinary Guidance: Consult a veterinarian for risk-based revaccination frequency.

Cold Storage: Store at 2°-8°C (35°-46°F) and shake well before use.

Single Use: Use entire contents when first opened; do not mix with other products.
