Abelia Small Pet Otic by VetNova is a soothing, antimicrobial ear cleaner formulated specifically for puppies, kittens, small breeds of dogs and cats, ferrets, rabbits, and other pocket pets. It gently cleanses the ear canal, relieves itching, and restores a healthy ear environment. Antibiotic and corticosteroid-free, it is safe for frequent and long-term use, including with a perforated tympanic membrane.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients

Zinc gluconate 1%, L-lysine 1%, Boric acid 1%, and Taurine 0.5%.

Inactive Ingredients

Deionized water, propylene glycol, methylparaben, and propylparaben.

How to Use

Directions for Use

Apply the Drops: Place 5–10 drops into your pet’s ear, using enough solution to coat the ear canal based on its size.

Massage the Ear: Massage the ear base for 15-30 seconds to help loosen dirt and wax and spread the solution throughout the ear canal.

Remove Excess Solution: Wipe away any excess liquid and loosened debris from the outer ear using a clean cotton ball or other soft, absorbent material.

Use as Directed: Follow your veterinarian’s instructions for how often and how long to use this product, especially when treating an active ear condition.

Do Not Use Cotton Swabs: Avoid inserting cotton swabs into the ear canal, as they may force debris deeper into the ear and may cause injury.
